The sheep recommend the following places in Cervinia:

Hotel The Dragon and Scottish (Thistle) Pub

Grivola Pub Hotel Da Compagnoni

The Dragon is a hotel as well as one of the most lively pubs in town. Pretty much every night we ended up here until it closed at around 3:30am. Very friendly and nice bar staff!

The Grivola pub is situated right on the main street so is a good stopping off point and has a good restaurant off to the site.

Hotel Compagnoni is the ideal hotel to stay, situated right on the main street by the Church it is within easy walking distance of all the pubs and skiing lifts and runs. Accommodation is reasonable and warm, cleaned every day and the staff inviting (although their English is a little sparse)

Surprise Fact: Compagnoni

Rey, Lacedelli and CompagnoniThe flock's return to Cervinia also took us back to the same hotel - the Compagnoni. At first glance this hotel name may not mean anything special or ring any bells, however, the hotel owner Archille Compagnoni is very famous indeed. A clue is the numerous pictures of the K2 mountain around the place and Mr Compagnoni's swollen fingers.

Mr Compagnoni was part of the 1954 expedition to the K2 mountain, and he and Lino Lacedelli were the first two people ever to reach the summit. You can read more about the attempts to ascend K2 here.
